- Specialities include Programming, Design/Code review, troubleshooting and project turnaround, Project management, Team building, Mobile apps development (iOS & Android) and provide training on Java, Grails, OOD/OOP, Patterns, Elixir and Golang
Arunkumar VR (Head Engineering)
- Around 25 years of proven experience across multiple roles and business domains in the software arena.
- Result oriented, IT services leader with extensive experience in Delivery, Technology based solutions and relationship building
- Extensive experience in handling offshore based delivery projects across Development, Functional Testing, Test Automation and Performance testing for the global customers.
- Spearheaded the formation of the Research & Development group (Innovez) for NTTData’s (erstwhile Keane) Testing Practice
- Successfully institutionalized several technology accelerators, tools, techniques and best practices in testing.
- Chief architect in visualizing, designing and rolling out the opensource test automation framework ‘Open2Test’ for all popular test automation tools.
- Trained on and implemented SEI CMM Level 5 certified development processes and have been an active internal auditor for the organization. Also participated in 3 of the CMMi assessments as an assessment team member.
